In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the model posing formula, an essential toolkit that covers everything from facial expressions to full-body flow posing, giving you a strong foundation for every shoot.
Models and photographers will gain insights on creating the perfect pose and mastering expressions that communicate mood and elegance, while photographers will discover key techniques for directing models, building rapport, and communicating effectively to achieve natural, powerful results. We’ll dive deep into flow posing for smooth transitions and explore methods to bring out each model’s unique presence. Join us to unlock the confidence, skill, and poise it takes to pose like a supermodel!
Models: There will be a number of exercises practiced during class to get you comfortable posing and we will also be taking photos in which you will receive in digital format. Please dress in an outfit that you would like to be photographed in. You are free to add these photos to your portfolio.
Photographers: You are free to bring your camera if you would like to participate in shooting. You do not have to practice the posing exercises if you choose not to but it is recommended. You will have the opportunity to give direction to the models when practicing the communication exercises.
You will receive a class manual to take home with all the information covered in the class.
